~Later~ Octavia: *calls Vinyl* Vinyl: This is Pon-3! Octavia: That was not what I ment when I said I needed help getting to my parents house! XO Vinyl: Hey, you got there right? And I'm sure your parents were happy to see you. Octavia: Yes, but they were not happy with the giant gaping hole in their roof! XO
This reminds me of a Foxtrot comic where Jason and his friend strapped (or taped) a VHS camera to their toy rocket and tried to record it, only for the thing to go haywire and crash through a window of Jason's house setting a lampshade on fire slightly and crashing into a picture, painting or portrait.
That was amazing!!! It's a shame it didn't get too far though, but we are getting close. Why did I agreed to do such a stupid, not to mention dangerous stunt? Better question yet, HOW did YOU convince me to do it? Because I promised I would buy you that super expensive coffe maker you want so much? :3 Oh... right.
Octavia will add instability as the rocket continues through its trajectory, though I'm guessing the initial thrust from the launch pad was enough to counter the instability for a short period of time. Long term though I'm going to extrapolate and say that depending on the efficiency and the specific impulse of the rocket engine the craft will continue to tilt due to the imbalance and eventually come back to earth either in a ballistic phase or in a hard-thrusting crash landing. That of course depends on the fuel and the engine. Either way, its probably not going to go to space and will either end up in a neighbor's yard or across the pond, and I hope that Vinyl installed a parachute for Tavi (otherwise there may be more severe consequences for Vinyl's reckless and unmitigated vehicle testing).
