Competition entry for round one of the joint

It's good to know that even in times of a possible civil war, Octavia can still find the time to remain classy whilst fighting for the Solar Empire!
This piece would definitely needs more shading, but with me about to start my first week back at Uni I thought it safer to get the piece submitted than to gamble with my time this week and miss the deadline!
