It's amazing just what 24 hours can do.
To say I struggle with feeling low and down would be an understatement. It's difficult to explain. Partly because there are certain aspects I don't want to talk about, partly because I'm terrible at putting thoughts into words. Suffice to say, this has been going on for quite some time now. The past month has been a real struggle mentally, yesterday in particular (Hence no description on the last comic. I didn't feel like there was anything worth saving, I wasn't happy with it if I'm honest, but I just told myself to create something) As much of an overreaction as it may sound, I was that depressed I genuinely felt like packing everything in and just disappearing.
But this morning, as with every Monday, I went to work. It's a nice job. Very hands on, whilst allowing me time to think. Something clicked. Again, I can't really explain what, but I think it mainly boiled down to all the people I know that get a small chuckle out of these silly drawings. I couldn't abandon that.
Y'know, I'm actually looking forward to being creative again.

Huh... who knew RD's parents were so beloved and were so well connected! Its almost like they are a community or something like that, one gets good news, and the whole neighborhood comes to celebrate.
