TAoL - Staple Gun

So, I've been away for most of the weekend at a 1940s themed event, making cups of tea for all the re-enacters on the site. During the midst of all this I got to witness a rather hilarious battle between two soldiers armed with Staple Guns. Having my sketchbook to hand, this was the result.

What does TAoL stand for?
I'm finally getting round to making these two appear in a small collection of comics and sketches, now collectively titled 'The Art of Life'. It won't be a regular weekly thing, but they are going to appear quite a bit from time to time.

...and yes, I am still going to draw ponies
